Breezify

An app builder for small business owners who need something that fits

Most small businesses run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group chats, and software that was designed for a company ten times the size. A small custom app can replace a surprising amount of that patchwork. Breezify lets you describe the app you need and get a working version you can put in front of customers or staff.

Problems a custom app solves well

The best candidates are the repetitive tasks that currently live in your inbox or in a half-maintained spreadsheet. If you find yourself copying the same details from one place to another, an app can usually take over that job.

  • Taking quote requests or service inquiries through a form that is organized by job type.
  • Letting customers request appointments instead of trading messages back and forth.
  • Tracking orders, deliveries, or repairs from received to completed.
  • Keeping a simple customer list with notes and follow-up dates.
  • Publishing a menu, price list, or catalog that you can edit without a web designer.

Why not just use a spreadsheet, or big software?

Spreadsheets are flexible but they are poor customer interfaces, and they fall apart when several people edit them at once. All-in-one business platforms cover everything, but you pay for features you will never use and still adapt your process to their screens.

A custom app sits in between. It does exactly the three or four things your business needs, in the order your business does them. Because you describe it in your own words, it also uses your terminology, which makes it easier for staff to adopt.

Connecting the tools you already use

On the Plus plan, Breezify apps can connect to services many small businesses already rely on. Stripe and Square handle payments, Shopify covers products, Mailchimp and Resend handle email, Twilio sends text messages, and Google Sheets or Airtable can store records you already keep there. You supply your own credentials, and the generated app keeps them on the server.

That means a quote form can email you and add a row to your spreadsheet, or a booking request can notify your team on Slack, without anyone copying and pasting.

What it costs, realistically

You can start with the $5.00 of free credit to see whether the idea works. When you are ready to run it for real, the Plus plan at $20 per month adds backend support, custom domains, badge-free publishing, and access to the Breeze model. Credits are used each time you generate or refine an app, so a small business with a handful of apps can stay on a modest plan.

A few things to keep in mind

Payments need your own account with a provider such as Stripe, and you remain responsible for how you handle customer information. Breezify lets you mark collected data as private so visitors can submit details but never read other people's, and you view submissions in your own account. Check local rules for anything involving health, financial, or children's data before you collect it.

Example: a quote request and job tracker for a landscaper

A realistic first project covers both the customer-facing side and your own view of the work.

Prompt

Build a quote request page for a landscaping business. Customers enter their name, phone number, address, the type of job (lawn care, planting, hardscape, cleanup), and a short description. I need a private job list where I can mark each request as new, quoted, scheduled, or done.

What you would get

  • A clear public form with the job types as a dropdown and friendly confirmation after submitting.
  • Submissions stored privately, so customers can send details but cannot see anyone else's.
  • An owner view with a status for each request, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • A page on your own breezify.dev address that you can link from your Google Business Profile and social accounts.

Common questions

No. Changes are made by describing them in chat. If you ever want a developer involved, the Plus plan lets you export the code or push it to GitHub.

Yes, on Plus and above. You can buy or attach a custom domain from the Domains page.

Collections can be set to private so visitors can submit but not read data. You should still follow the privacy rules that apply to your business and your region.
